Designing for Impact

I'm a UX/UI designer who believes that meaningful design serves people and the planet and that it is possible to achieve key business goals using this framework.

What Drives Me

I'm here to create digital experiences that contribute to a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world. My work is guided by three core commitments:

🌍

Environmental Stewardship

Protecting and restoring our planet through design that supports sustainability, holistic wellness, and climate action.

Faith & Justice

Integrating spiritual values with the pursuit of equity, peace, and human dignity for all.

🌱

Holistic Growth

Supporting mental health, personal development, and human flourishing in every project.

How I Work

My Top Strengths

  • Strategic Thinking
  • Relationship Building
  • Empathy & Connection
  • Developer Mindset

What This Means for You

  • I see the big picture while caring deeply about individual user needs
  • I bridge "hard" business goals with "soft" human considerations
  • I collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders
  • I bring both ideation and execution to the table

My Journey

I've spent 5+ years working across the full design lifecycle — from leading design for complex web applications in regulated industries to conducting in-depth user research to usability testing for climate tech startups.

I've navigated startup culture, large 3,000+ employee organizations, academia, local franchise operations, and the highly regulated GMP industry. Along the way, I've learned how to balance rapid iteration with thoughtful, user-centered design and competing business goals.

I care deeply about people and work best in spaces where community matters and impact is at the heart of the project.

Personal challenges, including the loss of close family members, have deepened my empathy and resilience. I bring that groundedness to every project, every conversation, and every design decision.

Looking for Vocation, Not Just a Job

"I'm seeking work that contributes to a more delightful, peaceful, just, and sustainable world — one thoughtful design at a time."

Let's Build Something Meaningful

If you're working on a mission-driven project, I'd love to hear from you.
